Job Description: PITC is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join us as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, fostering innovation, and driving overall organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's vision and mission.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry partners, and clients.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT solutions and services.
- Oversee financial management and budgeting to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Lead and inspire a high-performance executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong background in information technology, with a focus on the power sector preferred.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
